We use the most modern state of the art carpet cleaning equipment. We can use our truck mounted equipment alone "The wand" typical drying time 5 - 6 hours or in combination with the following 2 options.

We also offer the RX-20™ machine, for really tough cleans. The amazing RX-20 Rotary Jet Extractor has revolutionized the way carpets are cleaned. Scotchgard™ helps the fiber of your carpet to resist soiling and will help spills blot up before they become stains.
Scotchgard™ can be applied to your Upholstery as well.
Vacuuming is actually more effective when Scotchgard™ is used after cleaning. Dirt is more easily picked up, and fewer passes are required with the vacuum.
If you decide to have your carpet Scotchgarded the Technician will apply the Scotchgard™ with a power sprayer and then groom it in to cover all the fibers.
How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
While every home is different, most homes should have the carpet cleaned a minimum of once a year. We usually recommend every 6 months though, this will help keep your carpets in great condition. Especially if you have children, pets or heavy traffic.
Ask about our Auto Schedule. We can put your home on an automatic schedule service, we can give you a reminder call to set up an appoitment for your carpets to be cleaned on a regular basis. This can be scheduled for 3, 6 or 12 month service. Not only will you receive a 10% discount when you sign up, you will have one less thing to remember! You will not be obligated to have your carpets cleaned when we call it will be just a reminder call.

How much will it cost?
We charge a minimum of $75.00 in Sarasota for carpet cleaning. Cost will depend on factors like, how soiled the carpet is, type of carpet, size of rooms, cleaning the carpet in full rooms including moving furniture or cleaning the carpet in the traffic areas only. We try to keep our rates as fair as possible and still beat the pricing of most quality comparable carpet cleaning companies. We do not charge extra for walk-in closets or adjacent small bathrooms.
We offer free no obligation carpet inspections. You can call or e-mail us for a rough estimate. When you make an appointment the technician will ask you about any special concerns you might have and ask you to show him the areas that you would like to have cleaned. When he is finished with the carpet inspection, he will give you an exact price, if you agree he will be prepared to do the work. There is no obligation and no high pressure if you decide not to have your carpets cleaned by us. We do not believe in practicing bait and switch methods that some of the low price "coupon" carpet cleaning companies do...
Upholstery Cleaning
We use a damp method and pretreat trouble areas, leaving the surface only lightly damp. Optional brightners can be used to enhance the original color. Materials that we can clean include: Cotton and cotton blends, leather, synthetics, Haitian cotton, velvet, velour and microfiber.
