How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
While every home is different, most homes should have the carpet cleaned a minimum of once a year. We usually recommend every 6 months though, this will help keep your carpets in great condition. Especially if you have children, pets or heavy traffic.
Having your carpets cleaned can help eliminate Micro organisms that come from things like dust mites, food particules, soil, pollen and bacteria. Improving the indoor air quality of your home. Adding to the life of your carpets and helping you have a healthier home.
How much will it cost?
We charge a minimum of $65.00 for carpet cleaning. Cost will depend on factors like, how soiled the carpet is, type of carpet, size of rooms, cleaning the carpet in full rooms including moving furniture or cleaning the carpet in the traffic areas only. We try to keep our rates as fair as possible and still beat the pricing of most quality comparable carpet cleaning companies. We do not charge extra for walk-in closets or adjacent small bathrooms.
We offer free no obligation estimates. You can call or e-mail us for a rough estimate. When you make an appointment the tecnician will arrive, he will ask you about any special concerns you might have and ask you to show him the areas to be done. He will then give you an exact price, if you agree he will be prepared to do the work. There is no obligation and no high pressure if you decide not to have your carpets cleaned by us.
Upholstery Cleaning
We use a damp method and pretreat trouble areas, leaving the surface only lightly damp. Optional brightners can be used to enhance the original color. Materials that we can clean include: Cotton and cotton blends, leather, synthetics, Haitian cotton, velvet, velour and microfiber.
